General

  1. Each posting must represent a real and currently available job or role with your company.
  2. Do not discriminate any qualified candidates regardless of age, race, gender and sexual orientation or other EEOC guidelines.
  3. Job Postings should have posted wages and must NOT cost the career seeker anything to apply, interview, acquire, or work.
  4. Job Postings should not be difficult to navigate through, or have complicated steps as part of the application process.
  5. Information from career seekers should be shared only within your company and never made available to 3rd parties.

Titles and Descriptions

  1. Do not use offensive content.
  2. Use Appropriate titles for the position.
  3. The posting must be for a real position within your company.
  4. Be truthful and transparent in regards to your company and the roles.

Job Postings that do NOT meet Talenthoney standards, or that are reported, may be subject to review. Postings that prove to be misleading or those which Talenthoney is not convinced represent a “real” job may be removed under our sole discretion.
